Our technicians may configure mapping, navigation, and integrations (if required, ensuring smooth operation with elevators, automatic doors, and your existing systems).

  • Navigation setup and testing

Maintenance & Technical Support

Our service robots are designed for easy, independent operation — most clients can perform routine maintenance such as software updates and calibration on their own.

We remain available to assist when needed.
Our team provides support for all warranty-covered services, and can also offer technical assistance or repairs beyond the warranty period upon request.

Staff Training & Onboarding

Our robots are designed to be intuitive and easy to use — in most cases, only a short training session is needed.
Once initialization and mapping are completed by our team, your staff can operate the robot with confidence.

For clients who prefer a more in-depth, hands-on experience, we also provide extended training sessions with live demonstrations and detailed guidance on charging, cleaning, and task scheduling.

  • On-demand in-depth training with demonstrations (optional)

Branding & Customization

Some of our robot models allow customization — such as logos, interface screens, or voice options — depending on the supplier’s policy and technical specifications.
This is not a standard service, but we can assist clients in defining their requirements and coordinating with the manufacturer when customization is possible.

  • Coordination and support during customization (if available)

  • Guidance on approved design or media formats

Rental & Leasing Programs

We offer flexible rental and leasing options for selected robot models — ideal for short-term projects, events, or pilot programs.
Availability may vary depending on the robot model and supplier policy, so we encourage customers to discuss their specific needs with us to find the best arrangement.
